Our 3rd Annual Christmas Extravaganza was a huge success! Our guests really enjoyed the wine & cookie/candy pairings & Breakfast with Santa was truly a hit! The Ugly Sweater Contest was great fun and most importantly, $5,200 was collected from your kind donations and both the Bag Brigade and the Mon Valley Salvation Army received $2,600. We truly appreciate your support.
The Wooden Loft was back at the Castle this afternoon for a Chunky Knit Workshop. Our guests made blankets, pillows, scarfs and lap throws just in time for the the chilly weather. It was a fun afternoon filled with good conversation, laughter and of course our own Vinoski wine!
Our guests experienced a taste of Germany on Saturday, October 12, 2019! There was German music by Edwardo the Strolling Accordionist followed by Karl Lukitsch and the Autobahn. The tap was flowing with German beer from Penn Brewery, Bubba’s sold some awesome German food and fresh baked Axel’s Pretzels served with mustard and beer cheese dip topped off the menu. Thanks to everyone who helped celebrate with us!
We had an amazing turn out on Saturday, September 14, 2019 for our Annual Grape Stomp Competition. Congratulations to first place winners Jourdan and Rachelle, the "Crazy Coffee Ladies." These two ladies were clear winners stomping out over 8 pounds of juice!
Saturday, August 10, 2019 was an amazing day at the Castle! Our guests had a blast at Totally 80s debut performance at the winery. Thanks to everyone who came out and a special kudos to those dressed the part.
We would like to thank everyone who attended our 3rd annual Polish Day Festival at Vinoski Winery. It was a day filled with all things Polish - music, dancing, food, crafts and of course a pierogi demonstration and competition. Three lucky winners took home prizes for the best tasting pierogi. We also chose this special day to showcase samples of our new Sparkling Isabella which as you can see, our guests thoroughly enjoyed! We hope everyone who attended had a great time!
Antz Marching was back at the Castle on Saturday, July 13, 2019 for an amazing performance! The sun was shining, the patios were full and our guests enjoyed a fun afternoon/evening of music and dancing. We want to thank each and everyone who attended.
After a super busy July 3rd, Fireworks at the Castle Event, the Independence celebration continued on through the weekend. Powerbomb entertainment kicked off the weekend on Friday with DJ Night at the Castle including free pizza with wine purchases. Then on Saturday, Billy Price sang awesome Blues music and Ice Creations carved up a “cool” fire breathing dragon. The Second Wind Band closed out the weekend with an outstanding performance of southern rock classics on the patio. Thanks to all who visited us and we hope to make next year's Independence week even better!
Our July 3, 2019 Fireworks at the Castle Event was amazing! The Castle grounds were filled with guests who helped us celebrate Independence Day. Our patio seating was completely sold out, but blankets, lawn chairs and yes even a small tent or two filled the grounds. It was a fun day of music, food trucks, raffles and ended with a spectacular 30-minute fireworks demonstration! We want to thank each and everyone who visited us and a special thanks to all those who donated to the Pittsburgh Chapter of the Wounded Warrior Project.
We had a great Summer Kick-off Night with 26 teams competing for fabulous Trivia prizes. We want to thank everyone who came out to celebrate the first night of Summer with us . Hope to see everyone at our next Trivia Night on Friday, July 12, 2019!
