Vinoski Winery - The Tasting Room Experience
The Vinoski winery wants to bring the Napa Valley, California experience of fine wine tasting to Rostraver, Pennsyvlania.
We have been receiving overwhelmingly positive feedback about our fine wines and guest tasting experiences, even feedback from guests from the California wine regions. They have told us that they learned more about wine from the Vinoski Winery tasting staff than they did at their favorite California wineries.
Vinoski Winery introduces California dry, sophisticated wines to the East Coast. Our wines are made in Lodi, California using only the first fruit, unblemished, hand-picked, and hand-sorted grape varietals. We primarily use our Lodi grapes and blend them with like grapes (same varietal), including those from Napa Valley and Sonoma Valley. We also experiment with rare white grapes, such as the Vermentino, to produce unconventional white wines.
Our grapes in California are hand picked and tested daily, to ensure we are picking at peak times. We then ferment with the grape’s natural yeasts, and capture only the free-run young wine. Unlike other wineries, we do not press the wines to gain more bulk wine, causing our wines to not have any harsh tannin astringency from pressing. Even with our free-run process, our wines have a firm tannin backbone that stabilizes the wine for decades.
Vinoski wines are proudly produced in Lodi, California. Located in the Northern part of California's Central Valley, Lodi is famous for its wine production. Nicknamed the "Zinfandel Capital of the World," Lodi is considered the Zin capital of the world because our vineyards produce about 40 percent of the premium Zinfandel in California and because Lodi Zin has unique characteristics that appeal to aficionados and everyday wine drinkers alike. The highly productive region leads all California wine districts in the production of the state’s top five varietals – Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Zinfandel. Today Lodi has over 100 varieties in production and offers a vast portfolio of diverse wines.
