Yoga the Castle
Join us for an afternoon of Stretching, Sipping, & Snacking! Yoga Instructor Jenna Marsh will guide you through a one-hour Vinyasa flow class. This class is suitable for yogis with a good foundation and understanding of linking breath to movement. Options and modifications will be offered throughout the class to ensure the poses work for every participant.
Please bring a yoga mat and any other props you use to accompany your practice.
